A goal of the 9th year of conference is exchange of knowledge and experiences dealing with development of human potential in a company. The confrontation of theory and practice should focus on the necessity of changing approaches to forming, motivating and developing the intellectual capital of a company. 9th International scientific conference Management of Human Potential in a Company will be held during the days 27th – 28th June 2012 at conference hall of Faculty of Economics Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Tajovskeho 10, Slovak Republic.
